Only cilantro grown, so will be true to type. Does well in both a winter greenhouse as well as outside in spring-early summer, and as fall-winter crop. One of the slowest to bolt varieties (some catalogs claim ‘Calypso’ to be the slowest, others say Slo-bolt is).
Great flavor, lemony and a just a little spicy. Flowers taste excellent, too.
Grown in the hot high desert SW, zone 8a, in marginally improved, very sandy clay using permaculture and organic, low-nitrogen methods.
