Erdbeerspinat | Leafy goosefoot [2023/2022]

A pretty interesting leafy plant that can be eaten like spinach. Though the leaves are quite small. It devolps red fruits near the stem that can be eaten when full ripe. They taste lightly sweet and can be used as a topping for summer-salads.

Those seeds are harvested in 2022.
