Heil-Ziest | Wood betony [2022]

A meadow herb mostly found on alpine or bog meadows. The wood betony is loved by wool carde bees that “guard” it and use the small hairs in their nidus. Flowers and leaves can be used as a herbal tea.

Those seeds are harvested in 2022.
