Delicious wild bergamot from Southern Arizona’s Sky Mountains. Wonderful citrus-oregano flavor, makes an excellent substitute for cilantro in salsa or other dishes.

Grown in the hot high desert SW, zone 8a, in marginally improved, very sandy clay using permaculture and organic, low-nitrogen methods.
